Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Plexient ("Plexient," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, use a Plexient demo application, contact us, or otherwise interact with us online.

By using the Plexient website or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or provide personal information through it.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide directly, such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, and any details you include in messages or meeting requests.
  • Information collected automatically through the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referral source, date and time of access, and basic diagnostics or hosting logs.
  • Information you provide during business development or advisory discussions, to the extent you choose to share it with us.

Plexient does not use this website, its forms, or general email channels to collect, receive, store, host, or manage Protected Health Information (PHI). Please do not submit PHI or other sensitive medical information through the website, its forms, or general email channels.

From time to time, Plexient may provide demonstration applications or prototypes ("Demo Apps"). Some Demo Apps may be patient-directed and may allow an individual user to access, display, test, or process their own PHI. Plexient does not act as a health care provider, health plan, payer, or health care clearinghouse in connection with those Demo Apps. Unless Plexient expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement, Plexient does not store PHI on its servers through Demo Apps, and Demo Apps are not intended for payer-submitted or provider-submitted PHI.

How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
  • provide and improve our website and business operations;
  • schedule meetings and manage prospective or current business relationships;
  • maintain security, detect misuse, and protect our rights;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share Information

We may share information:

  • with service providers that help us operate the website, communications, or hosting infrastructure;
  • with professional advisers, such as legal, accounting, or insurance advisers, when reasonably necessary;
  • when required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request;
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing use.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to respond to inquiries, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Because the website and general inquiry process are not intended for PHI, Plexient does not intentionally retain PHI through the website or its general inquiry process. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Plexient also does not intentionally retain PHI on its servers through Demo Apps.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No website, email system, or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of those third parties.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us, subject to applicable law and our recordkeeping obligations.

If you no longer want to receive non-essential communications from us, you may ask us to stop by contacting us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after an updated policy is posted means you accept the revised policy.
